What we look for

• Professional background: Experience in wine, hospitality, commerce, strategy or finance is appreciated but not required. We welcome interdisciplinary thinkers.

• Motivation and mindset: Strategic curiosity, openness to complexity, and a commitment to learning are key.

• International outlook: The program is conducted in English. International work or study experience is an advantage.

Technical Requirements

• Language proficiency: All sessions are in English. Applicants should be confident in participating actively in discussions and assignments.

• Availability: Full engagement is essential – both in-person (Budapest) and online. Seminars and interaction are central to the WBA learning experience.

The admissions process consists of three key steps:

2. Submit a motivation letter in English

3. Interview (online or in person)

   Shortlisted applicants are invited to a personal conversation, allowing for mutual exploration.
