Program Timeline (Modular Format)

🍇 Module 1: Wine Business Foundations

November 1–3

Explore global wine markets, supply chain basics, and the Central European wine business environment. Includes site visit to Hungarian vineyards.

📣 Module 2: Wine Marketing & Branding

November 4–5

How to build a wine brand, digital marketing strategies, packaging psychology. Guest lecture by Dr. Liz Thach MW (Sonoma State University).

💼 Module 3: Export & Distribution

November 6–7

Trade regulations, pricing strategies, import/export documentation. Features practical case studies from EU markets and the US.

🎓 Final Module: Project Pitch & Certification

November 8

Participants pitch a wine business idea to a panel. Closing ceremony + WBA Certificate of Completion awarded.
